Imperial Brands PLC (Imperial Brands) Voting Rights and Capital
 
 
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1, Imperial Brands hereby notifies the market of the following:-
 
That as of 31 March 2018, Imperial Brands' issued share capital consisted of 1,031,026,084 ordinary shares of ten pence each (Shares) with voting rights.
 
As at 31 March 2018, Imperial Brands held 77,289,137 Shares in Treasury.
 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Imperial Brands' Shares is 953,736,947 (the Voting Rights Figure).  This Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest in, or a change to their interest in, Imperial Brands under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
