Annual Bonus Plan
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC was today advised that the Trustees of the Trust have, under the Annual Bonus Plan, market purchased the following ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") on behalf of the Executive Directors and PDMRs.
Under the Annual Bonus Plan half of any bonus is paid, net of tax, national insurance and/or social security, in Shares which the individual is required to hold for three financial years of the Company commencing with the financial year starting on 1 October 2015.
