Amended announcement showing the correct number of shares sold by Arthur van
Benthem. 
 
Imperial Tobacco Group Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") 
 
Alison Cooper, Matthew Phillips, Helen Clatworthy, Fernando Dominguez
Valdes-Hevia, Walter Prinz and Arthur van Benthem (together the "Directors and
PDMRs"). 
 
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC was advised on 02 December 2014 that the Trustees
of the Company's Employee and Executive Benefit Trust (the "Trust")
transferred on 02 December 2014 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") in the
Company to six  participant Directors and PDMRs in the Company's LTIP
following the exercise of the awards which vested on 4 November 2014. 
 
These Shares were previously contingent rights for each Director and PDMR.
