Imperial Tobacco Group PLC (Imperial Tobacco) Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1, Imperial Tobacco hereby notifies the market of the following:-
That as of 31 October 2014, Imperial Tobacco's issued share capital consisted of 1,036,000,000 ordinary shares of ten pence each (Shares) with voting rights. 
As at 31 October 2014, Imperial Tobacco held 78,909,137 Shares in Treasury. 
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Imperial Tobacco's Shares is 957,090,863 (the Voting Rights Figure). This Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest in, or a change to their interest in, Imperial Tobacco under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
