Imperial reports power outage at Sarnia, Canada plant

April 16 (Reuters) - Imperial Oil IMO.TO said on Thursday it responded to a power outage at its Sarnia site in Canada, according to a community alert. "Elevated flaring is expected for several hours as process units are safely restarted," the alert said. The company said it is investigating the cause of the outage.
