 IMPP.O  up 9.5% at $1.50
    ** Co announces $10 million share repurchase program 
    ** Says shares to be purchased in open market or privately
negotiated transactions, at times and prices that are considered
to be appropriate by the co
    ** Co also says it has entered into an agreement to acquire
two tanker vessels for $71 mln
    ** Up to last close, shares had fallen 56.1% YTD
