 * Furnishings-voluntary announcement memorandum of understanding in respect of the possible acquisition of the target company  0776.HK  
 * No binding agreement in relation to possible acquisition has been entered into as at date of announcement 
 * Says co entered into non-legally binding mou with vendors in relation to possible acquisition on 16 December 2015 
 * Consideration for possible acquisition will be settled by way of cash or procuring co to allot and issue consideration shares
