ZURICH/BERLIN, April 19 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
    
    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    A pension fund filed a lawsuit against the Swiss bank on
Friday in a U.S. court, accusing it of misleading investors and
mismanaging risk exposure to high-risk clients, including

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Teco 2030 ASA says it will cooperate with Implenia
