ZURICH/BERLIN, July 1 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S
Credit Suisse Group AG is considering centralising the
management of its bankers to the world's wealthy, reversing a
regional structure put in place six years ago, as the
scandal-plagued Swiss bank looks for ways to tighten controls
and improve operations, three sources familiar with the matter

Credit Suisse expects to decide on a new strategy by the end
of the year, Chairman Antonio Horta-Osorio said in his first
interview since assuming the role at the troubled lender.

* Givaudan GIVN.S has acquired 25% of b.kolormakeup &
skincare, an Italian specialist in make-up and skin care
products for packaged goods companies and luxury customers, the
Swiss flavourings and fragrance maker said GIVN.S
* Meyer Burger MBTN.S raised 80 million francs from
private placement of new shares and 145 million euros from
private placement of green convertible bonds MBTN.S
* Kuehne und Nagel KNIN.S had sold a minority stake in
Apex to Partners Group PGHN.S KNIN.S
* Clariant CLN.S had stablished a joint venture for
renewable ethylene oxide derivatives with India Glycols CLN.S
* Richemont CFR.S has acquired Belgian handbag and leather
goods maker Delvaux in a private transaction, the Swiss group

* Helvetica HSCF.S appointed Hans R. Holdener as new CEO
