Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on June 30

ZURICH/BERLIN, June 30 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
UBS UBSG.S
Wealth manager and banking group UBS will pay $25 million to
settle fraud charges relating to an options trading strategy,
the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on

Separately, UBS said on Wednesday it will adjust the fees it
charges clients on Swiss franc deposits from July 1 to mirror
the Swiss National Bank's (SNB) new policy rate of -0.25%.
COMPANY STATEMENTS
* Ascom ASCN.S said it would deliver its software solution
Digistat to a German healthcare foundation. ASCN.S
* Burkhalter Holding Ltd BRKN.S said the capital increase
related to its merger with Poenina Holding took place and the
new shares will be traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange for the
first time on Thursday. BRKN.S
* Implenia IMPN.S said its planned increase in total
equity by CHF 80 million is set to be exceeded. The group is on
track to achieve an underlying performance at EBIT level of at
least CHF 80 million already for the first half year 2022.
