ZURICH/BERLIN, May 11(Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:
    
    SWISS LIFE  SLHN.S  
    First-quarter results due. 
          
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Implenia  IMPN.S  said Norwegian motorways operator Nye
Veier selected its joint venture with Stangeland as preferred
supplier for the motorway E39 Lyngdal east - Lyngdal west.
Implenia's share in the order is 220 million Swiss francs.

    * Nestle  NESN.S  said its health science unit was acquiring
functional hydration brand Nuun that makes low-sugar electrolyte
tablets for the sports beverage market. Financial details were
not disclosed.  NESN.S
