ZURICH/BERLIN, Nov 23 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip
SMI .SSMI was seen opening 0.2% higher at 11,093 points on
Wednesday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius
Baer JBPRE01 .

Credit Suisse expects to make a pre tax loss of up to 1.5
billion Swiss francs ($1.58 billion) during its fourth quarter,
the embattled Swiss bank said, as it prepares to ask
