    Italy's Treasury said on Monday it would offer 5 billion
euros in 6-month and 12-month BOT bills tap at an auction on
Feb. 23. 
    Treasury announces sale of BTP and CCTeu bonds, with
relative amounts to be auctioned on Feb. 24.
    COMPANIES
    INTESA SANPAOLO  ISP.MI  
    An Egyptian court will rule shortly on a case centred on the
2006 sale of AlexBank to Italy's biggest bank Intesa Sanpaolo,
two source said, potentially paving the way for the
cash-strapped government to sell its remaining 20% stake in the
lender.
    DEA CAPITAL  DEA.MI 
    Italian family holding company De Agostini said on Monday it
had exceeded the threshold of 95% of the share capital of Dea
Capital, entailing a squeeze-out procedure and the delisting of
its vehicle for financial investments.
