** Medical devices maker raises A$4.28 mln ($2.72 mln)
through a placement
** Says investors outside the U.S. purchased a total of 7.1
mln CHESS Depositary Interests (CDI) at A$0.50 per CDI, under
placement
** Issue price is a 11.1% premium to the stock's last close
** Co's shares hit highest level since Oct. 16
** Imricor up 3.3% currently, bringing YTD gains to 27.4%
($1 = 1.5755 Australian dollars)
