** Shares of Imugene  IMU.AX  rise as much as 7.1% to
A$0.113, their highest level since March 19
    ** Immunotherapy developing firm receives patent from
Chinese Patent Office for its Oncolytic Virotherapy CF33
    ** Co says the virus based cancer therapy uses oncolytic
viruses which both selectively kill tumour cells and activate
the immune system against cancer cells
    ** Co says patent protects the method of composition 
and method of use of IMU's licensed oncolytic virotherapy to
2037
    ** Stock has fallen 4.6% this year as of last close
