** Shares of clinical-stage oncology co Imugene Ltd  IMU.AX 
rise as much as 12.9% to A$0.105
    ** Stock eyes best day since May 19, if gains hold
    ** IMU says phase I metastatic advanced solid tumours trial
evaluating its novel cancer-killing drug, VAXINIA, has
progressed to its fourth cohort of patients
    ** Says it has completed cohort three of intravenous (IV)
monotherapy dose escalations, and its fourth cohort is set to
receive a higher-dosed IV monotherapy dosage
    ** Trial commenced in May 2022 and is expected to run for 24
months
    ** Stock down 35.9% YTD, as of last close
