** Drug Developer IN8bio Inc's shares  INAB.O  jump 13.6% to
$2.20 premarket - among the biggest pct. gainers across U.S.
stock exchanges 
    ** H.C. Wainwright initiates coverage of the stock with
'buy' rating and PT of $14, a more than 600% premium to stock's
last close
    ** Brokerage says it expects INAB's Gamma-Delta T Cells
products for treatment of cancer to enter market by 2025 and
grow to nearly $411 mln on a risk-adjusted basis by 2030
    ** We believe INAB at the current valuation of $48 mln is
undervalued considering the upside potential of its platform -
