April 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1500 GMT on
Wednesday:

    ** 3D-printing technology provider Shapeways Inc said on
Wednesday it has agreed to go public through a merger with
blank-check acquisition firm Galileo Acquisition Corp  GLEO.N

    ** U.S. health insurer Humana Inc  HUM.N  said on Tuesday it
will acquire the 60% stake that it did not own in home health
and hospice provider Kindred at Home from TPG Capital for $5.7

    ** Pfizer Inc  PFE.N  on Wednesday said it has acquired
privately held Amplyx Pharmaceuticals, which is developing a new
treatment for drug-resistant "superbug" fungal infections in

    ** Chubb Ltd's  CB.BN  chief executive officer on Wednesday
crushed the idea of buying its smaller insurance rival, the
Hartford Financial Services Group Inc  HIG.N , saying "the

    ** EU antitrust regulators are unlikely to demand more
concessions from insurance broker Aon  AON.N  over its $30
billion bid for Willis Towers Watson  WLTW.O  and are expected
to give conditional clearance to the deal, people familiar with

    ** French cooperative InVivo  NVIV.O  expects to sign an
agreement to buy rival agribusiness Soufflet in the next two
