    Nov 21 - The three major U.S. indexes were set to open flat on Thursday
after mixed signals on trade and a row between Washington and Beijing over the
Hong Kong protests cast doubts on the timing of a deal to end the prolonged
tariff dispute. .N 
    At 9:18 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.04% at 27,812. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.03% at 3,110, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
unchanged at 8,291.5.
