June 9 (Reuters) - Inapa Investimentos Participacoes e 
Gestao SA  INA.LS : 
    * Says its shareholder Parcaixa SGPS SA requests to cancel 
the decisions of April 28 for free reserves, of 1.97 million 
euros ($2.2 million) and retained earnings of 623 euros 
    * Shareholder proposes priority dividend payment instead,
