2024 Annual Report and 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Inchcape plc has published its Annual Report and financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2024, and the 2025 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, these documents, together with the
Form of Proxy, are available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism,
