2023 Annual Report and Accounts and 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Inchcape plc has published its Annual Report and financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2023, and the 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents, together with the Form
of Proxy, will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage
Mechanism, which is located at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Copies of these documents will also be available to view on the Company's
website: www.inchcape.com.

Hard copy versions have been posted to shareholders who have elected to
receive them in paper form.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 9 May
2024 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.
