Director Declaration

 

Inchcape plc announces that Sarah Kuijlaars, Non-Executive Director, will step
down as CFO of De Beers Group and as Non-Executive Director of Kumba Iron Ore
Limited with effect from 1 October 2023. Both companies are subsidiaries of
Anglo American plc.

Sarah remains Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Inchcape
plc.

There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed pursuant
to LR 9.6 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
