Inchcape plc announces thatJerry Buhlmannwill be appointed as a Non-Executive Director witheffect from 1 March 2017and will join the Corporate Responsibilityand Remuneration Committees uponappointment.
Jerry is currently Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Aegis Network, an international advertising and digital market communications group with operations in over 140countries. Previously Jerry was Chief Executive Office of Aegis Group plc, a FTSEcompany and prior to that he gained extensive experience in Media and Advertising.
Chairman, Ken Hanna said:
