Result of General Meeting

 

 

Inchcape plc announces that the special resolution proposed at the General
Meeting of the company held at 9.00 a.m. today at Exchange House, Primrose
Street, London EC2A 2EG was passed by way of a poll. The results are set out
below.

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2, a copy of the resolution passed has
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for
inspection.

A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of

A special resolution requires at least 75% of shareholders' votes to be cast
in favour of the resolutions.

No other resolutions were put to the meeting.

The number of shares in issue as at the date of this announcement is
370,060,434.
