In conformity with DTR5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Inchcape plc's capital consists of 436,810,096 shares with voting rights. All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Inchcape plc does not hold any shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Inchcape plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
For the purposes of DTR 6.4.2, the Home State of Inchcape plc is the United Kingdom.
