Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 51,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 843.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 829.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 443,630,956 ordinary shares in issue.
