Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 12 May 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 60,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 858.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 852.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 443,232,956 ordinary shares in issue.
