Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 13 May 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 30,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 871.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 855.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 443,202,956 ordinary shares in issue.
