Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 28 May 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 65,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 862.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 853.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 442,701,956 ordinary shares in issue.
