Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 05 June 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 40,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 858.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 841.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 442,460,956 ordinary shares in issue.
