Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 10 June 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 58,364 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 848.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 839.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 442,302,592 ordinary shares in issue.
