The following amendment has been made to the "Transaction in Own Shares"
announcement released on 29th July 2016 at 17:45 under RNS No 7531F 
 
(Since 29 July 2016 the Company has purchased 30,000 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £ 202,074). 
 
All other details remain unchanged.
