Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase:   3 March 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 62,614
Lowest price paid per share 777.50
Highest price paid per share 791.00
Average price paid per share 783.88
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 188,641 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of  1,461,584.65.
