Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:60,870
Lowest price paid per share 794.5000
Highest price paid per share 798.0000
Average price paid per share 796.3106
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 494,970 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of  3,891,603.82 .
