Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 61,220
Lowest price paid per share 797.5000
Highest price paid per share 806.0000
Average price paid per share 801.2672 
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 617,709 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of  4,870,482.18 .
