Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 61,008

Highest price paid per share 807.5000
Average price paid per share 805.3407 
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 861,951 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of  6,830,757.46 .
