Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase:   5th April 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 63,389
Lowest price paid per share 841.0000
Highest price paid per share 826.0000
Average price paid per share 829.5000
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 1,189,016 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of 9,480,759.79.
