Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase:   11th April 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 64,029
Lowest price paid per share 843.0000
Highest price paid per share 845.0000
Average price paid per share 844.0045
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 1,380,382 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of 11,084,468.41
