Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase: 28th April 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:55,930
Lowest price paid per share 855.5000
Highest price paid per share 856.0000
Average price paid per share 854.7522*
*J.P. Morgan Securities plc bought 100,253 shares at an average price per share of 855.7465p and sold 44,323 shares at an average price per share of 857.000p
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 1,671,497shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of 13,551,526.30
