Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase:    5th June 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 181,741
Lowest price paid per share 803.0000
Highest price paid per share 817.5000
Average price paid per share 806.7400
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 3,477,002 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of 28,650,054.60
