Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 1 March 2017. 
Date of purchase:    13th June 2017
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:359,276
Lowest price paid per share 795.5000
Highest price paid per share 805.0000
Average price paid per share 799.0691
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares. 
Since 1 March 2017 the Company has purchased 5,658,025 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of 46,002,947.08
