Inchcape plc (the "Company")
Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 24/12/2021 it has purchased a total of 36,209 of
its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through EXANE BNP
PARIBAS as detailed below.
Date of purchase: 24/12/2021
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 36,209
Lowest price paid per share: 8.9550
Highest price paid per share: 9.0400
Average price paid per share: 9.0099
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold
any of the purchased shares in treasury.
The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on
2 August 2021.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased
ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall
be 383,958,092 ordinary shares.
Since 2 August 2021, the Company has purchased 9,316,301 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £79,488,674.
The detailed breakdown of individual trades made by EXANE BNP PARIBAS on
behalf of the Company as part of the share buyback programme is set out below.
