Share Buyback Programme - Transactions in Own Securities

 

The Company announces that on 05 December 2024 it has purchased a total of
181,389 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through
Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

 

 Date of purchase:                                                05/12/2024

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                             181,389

 Highest price paid per share (pence per share):                  781.50p

 Lowest price paid per share (pence per share):                   771.50p

 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence per share):  775.02p

 

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold
any of the purchased shares in treasury.

 

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on
1 August 2024.

 

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased
ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall
be 397,035,894 ordinary shares.

 

Since 1 August 2024, the Company has purchased 15,971,238 shares at a cost of
£125,790,122.21.

Limited on behalf of the Company as part of the share buyback programme is set
out below.
