 The Company announces that, during the period from 30 March 2026 to 2 April
 2026 (both inclusive) it has, purchased a total of 436,425 of its ordinary
 shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through UBS AG London Branch
 ("UBS") as detailed below:

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold

 The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on
 3 March 2026.

 Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased
 ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall
 be 356,017,602 ordinary shares.

 Since 3 March 2026, the Company has purchased 2,190,634 shares at a cost of
 £17,333,643.44.

 The detailed breakdown of individual trades made by UBS on behalf of the
 Company as part of the share buyback programme is set out below.
