    ** Co announces initiation of early-stage study of
experimental drug to treat solid tumors
    ** Indaptus says it has opened its first clinical trial site
for enrollment and is expecting patient screening soon
    ** The early-stage study seeks to assess safety profile of
drug and recommend a dose level for mid-stage trials, in
addition to checking clinical activity, according to the co
    ** Shares of Indaptus down 70.5% YTD, as of last close
