** 29.2 mln shares traded in 26 block deals on NSE at 591-599 rupees per share - data compiled by LSEG

** Block deals at 3.3%-4.6% discount to prev close of 619.70 rupees

** Carlyle affiliate CA Dawn Investments was likely to sell 10.2% stake in INEG via block deals worth 14.2 bln rupees ($165.3 mln), CNBC TV18 reports citing sources

** Overall trading volume at record high of 36.4 mln shares, over 141x the 30-day average

** INEG down ~2% YTD
