** Shares of regional bank  IBCP.O  down 2 pct at $22 in
morning trading after quarterly results
    ** IBCP posts EPS of 41 cents, below analysts' estimates of
47 cents
    ** Co has missed earnings estimates 3 times in last 8 qtrs
    ** The bank set aside more for bad loans; provision for loan
losses in the qtr was $0.6 mln vs. $0.4 mln in the year-ago qtr
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock down 1.3 pct in the last one
year
