Annual General Meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday 26 June 2024 at
the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter
Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL.
In connection with this meeting, copies of the Notice of the 2024 Annual
General Meeting are being distributed to shareholders and will be available
