2025 Redemption Shares

The Company announces that valid Redemption Requests were received by 3.00pm
on 28 November 2025 in respect of 16,967,020 ordinary shares, equivalent to
20.1 per cent of the ordinary shares currently in issue and excluding shares
held in treasury.  Announcement of the Redemption Price is expected to be
made on 8 December 2025.
